You will learn how to change your body composition, while maintaining an overall healthy dietary intake. The key here is to learn how to implement SUSTAINABLE lifestyle changes. No fad diets or quick fixes.
the beach body package
12 weeks
This package includes:
One 60 minute initial consultation which includes a comprehensive assessment of your health, nutrition and lifestyle habits and needs. Body composition measurements will be done and recorded. Goal setting will be discussed in this session as well.
One 30 minute consultation where you will receive a meal plan to assist you in reaching the goals set in the initial consultation. We will discuss this meal plan in detail so that you can understand why specific dietary adjustments are needed. The meal plan is meant to assist you in learning. Working with me will empower you to make daily wiser dietary decisions.
Ten 15 minute consultations where we will track your progress in your journey. I am there to answer any questions or concerns and to adapt the dietary plan as the need arise and your body composition changes. This can be done via e-mail or video call.
Continued consultations or coaching sessions: (available after the package is completed)
Additional consultation and mentoring will be discussed if you’d wish to continue to work with me for longer. Each person’s journey is unique and it is recommended to continue working with a mentor to achieve your best results.

4 weeks
This package is tailored toward athletes/clients who would like to increase their sport performance. Nutrient timing and timing of meals all play a role in sport performance.
This package includes:
One 60 minute initial consultation which includes a comprehensive assessment of your health, nutrition and lifestyle habits and needs. Body composition measurements will be done and recorded. Goal setting will be discussed in this session as well.
One 30 minute consultation where you will receive a meal plan to assist you in reaching the goals set in the initial consultation. We will discuss this meal plan in detail so that you can understand the importance of nutrient timing and overall importance of healthy eating.
Two 15 minute consultations where we can discuss any questions or concerns. This can be done via e-mail or video call.
