Vitality Assessment
Book your Discovery Vitality appointment with me! Any appointment with a dietitian can earn you a 1000 vitality points.
This means that Discovery Health will allocate the points whether you work with me for a single 60 minute session, 30 minute session or a full package option.
If you have no specific health concerns, you can book the 30 minute session. I do nutritional screening and a body composition analysis during this consultation. You can also ask me any health related questions during this session, I will be happy to answer them.
Continued consultations or coaching sessions: (available after the package is completed)
Additional consultation and mentoring will be discussed if you’d wish to continue to work with me for longer. Each person’s journey is unique and it is recommended to continue working with a mentor to achieve your best results.
